Ted
H. Silverman has been sculpting for over 35
years. He works in Italian and domestic marble,
white and colored alabaster and clay.
His abstract sculptures evolve from his
spirituality and a compelling desire to expend
his energy in a way that allows the viewer/owner
the opportunity to feel his or her own positive
energy. The sensual qualities are liberating for
both the artist and the observer.
Ted studied in Pietrasanta, Italy
and brings old world craftsmanship and classic
sensibilities to his work. He continues his
studies at the Marble/marble Symposium held
every Summer in Marble, Colorado.
